Notfications

The status bar of the DSH Console displays the notifications that are currently active. If you click the UI element in question, you navigate to the overview page for notifications.

The overview page displays the details of every active notification:

  • The service or resource in question
  • The type of notification:
    • An informative notification that doesn’t require any intervention. For example, a service is waiting for dependencies to resolve, and needs more time for the deployment as a result.
    • A notification that requires an action from the user. For example, you deployed a Kafka Proxy with an invalid certificate.
    • A notification about a system error. The system could recover automatically, and the DSH sent a message to a platform administrator. For example, the DSH wanted to provision a volume, but the cloud provider API limit was too low.
  • Information about the warning or error.
