Limit requests¶
The status bar of the DSH Console displays the current state of your requests for new limits. If you click the UI element in question, you navigate to the overview page for limit requests. This page contains two lists:
- Pending limit requests: The limit requests that haven’t been processed by a platform administrator yet.
- Previous limit requests: The limit requests that have been processed by a platform administrator in the past.
You can find the following information for each limit request:

- Requested value: The value that the user requested for the new limit
- Status: The status of the request:
- Pending: The platform administrator hasn’t processed your request yet.
- Approved: The platform administrator approved your request.
- Denied: The platform administrator denied your request.
- Failed: The platform administrator can’t process the request, for example because the resource in question no longer exists. Hover your cursor of the “Info” icon to see the exact error.
- Support ticket ID: The unique identifier of the support ticket for the limit request. Click the ID to navigate to the ticket in question.
- Created: The period that elapsed since you created the limit request.
